The house at 38 B. Khmelnytsky Street was built in 1934-36 according to the project of the architect-artist V. Onashchenko. The building belongs to the transitional stage in Ukrainian architecture and combines a constructivist basis with elements of classicism. Above the entrance are symmetrically installed two large plaster elements, a vase with bunches of fruit and flowers.
